● 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
● 1 (12-ounce) can of beer
● Cooking spray or grease for pan

If you don't have self-rising flour, substitute 3 cups all purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Equipment
Large Mixing Bowl
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Mixing Spoon
One 9x5 inch loaf pan
Wire cooling rack
Step by Step
● Preheat oven to 375*F
● Lightly grease or spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
● Combine all ingredients, mixing well
●  Pour into prepared loaf pan
● Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean
● Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack
