Bread Machine Recipe
FAST FAUX SOURDOUGH FRENCH BREAD
This wonderful bread offers the taste of Sourdough without the effort of babysitting a culture. It might not have the complexity of flavor, but that is the trade off!
You do need a Bread Machine with the French Bread option.
Ingredients for 2 lb Loaf
4  c. flour
1 c. warm water (120-130 deg)
2 T. wheat germ
1 c. dairy sour cream, room temp.
1 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
2 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
yeast (standard amount for a 2 lb loaf)
Equipment 
Bread Machine
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Cutting Board
Bread Knife
Bread Machine Setting
French Bread setting
Step by Step
●Place ingredients your machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
●Hit Start
●Enjoy!
