Bread Machine Recipe
FAST FAUX SOURDOUGH FRENCH BREAD |
This wonderful bread offers the taste of
Sourdough without the effort of babysitting a culture.
It might not have the complexity of flavor, but that is
the trade off!
You do need a Bread Machine with the French Bread
option. |

Ingredients for 2 lb Loaf |
●4 c.
flour
●1 c. warm water (120-130 deg)
●2 T. wheat germ
●1 c. dairy sour cream, room
temp.
●1 T. sugar
●2 T. vinegar
●2 t. salt
●1/2 t. ginger
● yeast (standard amount for a
2 lb loaf) |
