Bread Machine Recipe
ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD
This bread will remind you of English Muffins, but home-made and easy to make! Sprinkle a bit of cornmeal on the dough after the 2nd rising.
Bake it the night before and then toast it the next morning for a real treat!
Ingredients for 1 1/2 lb Loaf
●1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
●1 tablespoon honey
●2-1/2 cups bread flour
●l/2 cup whole wheat flour
●3 tablespoons powdered milk
●1-1/2 teaspoons salt
●1/4 teaspoon baking soda
●1 package active dry yeast OR 1-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
●cornmeal to sprinkle on dough

Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
 Cutting Board
Bread Knife
Bread Machine Setting
Basic Wheat cycle
Light setting (or equivalent)

●Assemble ingredients in order listed unless the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients first and liquids last
