CARDAMOM BREAD
Cardamom, Malted Milk, Cinnamon, and Vanilla Pudding powder add an unexpected piquancy to this recipe!
Ingredients for 1 1/2 lb Loaf
● 1 1/8 cup water plus 1 tsp
● 2 Tbs Buttermilk Powder
● 1 Tbs Malted Milk Powder
● 1 Tbs Vanilla Pudding Powder
● 2 Tbs Margarine
● 3 Tbs Sugar
● 1 tsp Salt
● 1 1/2 tsp yeast
● 3 1/2 cups of bread flour
● 1/4 tsp ground Cardamom
● 1/4 tsp cinnamon
