BUTTERMILK CHEESE BREAD
A delicious and moist bread... with cheese... can it get any better?
This bread keeps well due to the acidity of the buttermilk.
Ingredients for 1 1/2 lb Loaf
● 1-1/8 cups buttermilk
OR
●  4 tablespoons buttermilk powder
PLUS  1-1/8 cups water
●  1 teaspoon salt
●  2 tablespoons sugar
●  3/4 cups grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
●  3 cups bread flour
●  1 package yeast,
OR
●  1-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Cheese Grater
Cutting Board
Bread Knife
Bread Machine Setting
Basic/White Cycle
Medium/Normal color setting
Step by Step
●Measure and add ingredients to the bread machine pan.
●Ingredients should be added in the order listed.
