APPLE PIE BREAD
With a hint of cinnamon and an apple added at the beginning of the 2nd kneading cycle, this recipe is best served warm. If there is any leftover the next day, toast it for breakfast!
Ingredients for 1 lb Loaf  (1 1/2 lb Loaf)
Milk  - 5/8 cup (1-1/8 cup)
Vegetable Oil  -  2 tbs. (3 tbs).
Sugar  - 1-1/2 tbs. (2-1/2 tbs.)
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. (3/4 tsp.)
Salt - 1 tsp. (1-1/2 tsp.)
Bread Flour - 2 cups (3 cups)
Yeast - 1 tsp. (1-1/2 tsp.)
Apple (peeled & diced)  - 1/2 med. (1 large)

Bread Machine
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons Apple Peeler
Paring Knife
Cutting Board
Bread Knife
Bread Machine Setting
Sweet or Basic Medium cycle
Signal at the start of the second kneading cycle
Step by Step
●Measure and add ingredients to the bread machine pan.
●Ingredients should be added in the order listed.
●Start machine cycle
●At beginning of 2nd kneading cycle, add apple
●Since the apple will add moisture, add a bit of flour if necessary to maintain the consistency
