Here are Basic Biscuits made from THE ARMCHAIR CHEF'S *Can Do ALMOST Anything BISCUIT MIX* (see below for Mix recipe!).

BASIC BISCUITS from THE ARMCHAIR CHEF'S *Can Do ALMOST Anything BISCUIT MIX* (See below for Mix recipe)
This is a fast and easy Biscuit Recipe made from home made mix.
Ingredients
● 1 1/2 cups *Can Do ALMOST Anything BISCUIT MIX*
● 1/3 cup milk
Equipment
Large Mixing Bowl
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Mixing spoon
Biscuit Cutter
Pastry Board
Ungreased Baking Sheet
Step by Step
● Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
● Combine *Can Do ALMOST Anything BISCUIT MIX* and  milk in a bowl.
● Add milk all at once, and stir about 25 strokes
● Knead lightly on floured pastry board.
● Roll 1/2-inch thick; cut and place on ungreased baking sheet. (Makes 8.)
● Bake 10 minutes.
● Enjoy!

THE ARMCHAIR CHEF'S *Can Do ALMOST Anything BISCUIT MIX*
This is an EXTREMELY versatile mix that can be used to make everything from Biscuits to Pancakes or Waffles to Dumpling to Cornbread to Cake to... well, you get the idea. You'll be seeing it on many of my Baking and Cooking sites, so start looking for a wonderful large jar or canister to store it in, because I predict that you'll be using it a LOT!
Ingredients
9 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk solids
2 cups shortening (which does not
require refrigeration)
Equipment
Large Mixing Bowl
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Pastry blender
Flour Sifter
Large, tightly sealed jar of canister
Step by Step
●Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar and sugar three times.
●Add dry milk.
●Mix well.
●Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks like cornmeal.
●Store in covered container at room temperature.
NOTE:
Measure the *Can Do ALMOST Anything Baking Mix* by piling  it lightly into cup and leveling it off with a table knife.
Nutritional Information - Based on 1 Cup of mix
Because this is a mix, nutritional information is based on 1 cup of mixed used. Note that different recipes will use different amounts.
